Stump Hero provides professional stump removal and grinding services in Edmonton and surrounding areas. Our services include:

• Stump grinding and removal
• Tree root grinding
• Site cleanup and debris removal
• Professional consultation and estimates

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to:

• Inclement weather conditions
• Equipment failure or maintenance
• Safety concerns
• Unforeseen circumstances

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

• Credit/Debit cards
• Electronic transfers

A deposit may be required for larger projects. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

5. Property Access and Preparation

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring clear access to the work area
• Removing any obstacles or hazards

6. Liability and Insurance

Stump Hero is fully insured and bonded. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions of the property
• Damage caused by hidden obstacles or utilities
• Consequences of customer-provided information
• Acts of nature or unforeseen circumstances

7. Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from the completion date. This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Natural causes or weather conditions
• Customer negligence or misuse
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify customers of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
